How It Works
1.

First you begin by selecting the type of commission you would like to order. All info on commission types are available on this site so take your time to look around!

After you've decided on what type of commission you would like, send me an email using this order form template!
For any inquiries or commission types that aren't listed here please inquire through email as well.
Please note that I have the right to refuse to take
the order if I feel that I may not be able to deliver well.
ORDER
2.
After you've sent an email with the order, allow me some time to receive and check it. I will respond to verify the order and it's details.
Further negotiations and contact regarding extra details to note of the requested character, payment methods, or a specified desired composition will be continued through email. Once everything has been confirmed we will move on to payment.
CONFIRMATION
3.
PAYMENT

Once everything has been agreed upon, I will proceed to send you an invoice on Paypal. Payments have no deadline, however, I will only work on the commission up to the sketch stage until complete payment has been made. Meaning that
you will only receive the final product in full resolution after completed payment.
Payments may be made in installations
(although not advised)

*For payment methods other than paypal
such as bank transfers, please discuss with me
on email during stage 2.
4.
UPDATES
During the creation process I will keep in contact with you with updates of the process for checks between stages for any adjustments required.

Once the product has been completed, only minor changes are allowed (only once!) so please be sure to check thoroughly through these updates for optimum satisfaction of the final product.

*These updates may be done on your desired platform of contact and not necessarily through email alone.
COMPLETION

Upon completion you will receive 2 versions of the product, both in full resolution. First the Illustrative version complete with simple/one color background, effects and etc.
Second, a clean version with only the character and a transparent background, a sprite version. With this version you are able to use to incorporate into your own desired edits/graphics, but please remember to credit me for the original version of the artwork.

In the case where it is specified to be a sprite you will only receive the sprite version (meaning clean and transparent background).

And you're done!
